YR.no message in forecasts

Yr.no goofed.
They wanted to warn the users of the forecast-API that next year there would be a new API and the scripts using the old API would cease to work.
To draw our attention they replaced icon-names and Beaufort names with “NB! Read the comments in the apiChanges section in the XML”
So some newer users of the dashboard get their pop-ups all messed up, instead of “Cloudy” and “calm” they got that message twice on every line in their forecast.

The comments i should read

<!--NB!!! Since we have no other options to contact our users of forecast.xml, we have decided to use this method to get your attention to some major changes with our API-->
<!--In the first quarter next year, forecast.xml and forecast_hour_by_hour.xml will be discontinued in favour of a newer JSON API.-->
<!--Vi encourage you already now to switch to the new API.-->
<!--There are a lot of changes, and you can read all the technical details in our new developer portal https://developer.yr.no-->

If they try this another time, I added extra code in two yr.no forecast scripts. As always, before replacing make a copy of the current version.
