It-is possible to ad the possibility to also upload WebCam in the Windy.com setup.

Unlike the weather data, there’s no direct upload or feed to Windy.com for webcam images.
According to the Windy.com forums, they seem to get all their webcam feeds from www.lookr.com. If you add your webcam to Lookr.com then it should appear on Windy.com.
