All time Max Temp e-mail Alert not resetting?

Hi Brian,

We set a new all time max temp last week, and the e-mail alert was correctly fired off to everyone.

Unfortunately the same alert (but with current conditions) has then been sent out each day since!

I turned off the alerts yesterday, but this morning discovered that the alert had still been fired off at 2 minutes past midnight this morning.

Here’s a copy of the e-mail

******WEATHER ALERT ******

35.7C all time temperature was exceeded !

Time of event was : 12:02 am
Date of event was : 01/August/2019
Current conditions :
Windspeed 0.0 mph
Direction W 277

a simple restart of WD should fix that I would think
but I will look into it

I have made a change that might help:

Thanks Brian,

I had rebooted the system a couple of times without success.

I’ll upload this new file and let you know tomorrow if no alerts.

Thanks again

Neil

Unfortunately didn’t even have to wait until tomorrow !

As soon as I loaded up, the weather warning kicked off and wdwarningemail.exe started to execute (which I then killed so the emails didn’t actually go!)

I’ve manually renamed to wdwarningemail-disable.exe in the meantime as a brute force measure - hopefully that won’t upset anything else?

Hi Brian,

Any other thoughts or suggestions for me to try?

Really would like to re-enable as it’s such an appreciated service.

Many thanks

Neil
