I cannot get overlays to work on wdwebcamcapture after the upgrading to WD 10.37S99 and overwriting 10.05 with 10.30 that was provided in January after seeing memory usage issues on Windows 10. I’ve setup the overlay on #1 using the string " %date% %time% %temp%
After manually clearing out all web cam settings from the registry, rebooting, and re-installing 10.30, setting up camera capture, rebooting, overlays are once again restored. I love WD, but have struggled with overlays on the web capture app for some time. Does anyone have any suggestions for an open source alternative that are a bit more reliable wd camera capture?
