Hi if you upgrade to Debian 10 Buster you need to do this from the readme txt for the GUI version:-
'then from a terminal window (one time)
copy all the library files in the deploy folder
to /usr/lib/
via
cd Deploy
sudo cp . /usr/lib/
then go
cd …’
