I just ran http://www.lorisweather.com/River/river-fetch.php and some of the values now appear. It looks like Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service is having some problems in your area.
You might try deleting /River/river-status.php and then re-running the river-fetch.php script, just to see if more data shows up.
