Running the same cron-jobs on different servers (provider / PHP 5 or 7) results in un-predictable behaviour.
There was another change needed also for users running webservers with a “strange” timezone setting.
That gave me ample time to test.
There are new versions of both cron-jobs, both should give identical results when run
[ol][li]from an outside cron-provider, either paid or free[/li]
[li]using your own webhost cron-server
[list type=decimal][li]using the internal php version such as /usr/local/bin/php /home/. . ./public_html/pws07/w34_cron_addtoyear.php[/li]
[li]or using the www version /usr/bin/GET http://- - -website- - -/pws07/w34_cron_addtoyear.php[/li][/ol]
[/li]
[/list]

I did not discover why the previous versions of the station-cron always worked correctly and the addtoyear cron only when running via http.
