Issue with max temp in clientraw file after a glitch
« on: May 12, 2019, 11:53:05 AM »
So last night my station had a slight problem and I now have a max temp showing of 50C in the clientraw file as well as being recorded elsewhere. Now I have reset the bad data in log and data files and the all time records. Problem is now the clientraw file is not resetting the value so it looks silly on my web page. How do I force the value in the clientraw file to be reset now?. Of course WD also still shows the glitch max temp on main screen.

hi Stuart,
have you done the following?
action -> reset/set daily extreme values/storm rain
and click on "reset daily maximum temperature" and "OK"
this should set the max temp to current value and time in clientraw and on main screen.

or if you want to set the value different i.e if max has been previously been higher than now then try the "set today's max/min temp/rain reading" instead (and the time further down).

Thanks Martin that's done it. So long since I had any issues like this I'd forgotten how to do it.
