WXSIMATE Stuck Culling

About once a week I find WXSIMATE stuck culling files, this has been occurring for awhile now, I had put it on the http/https changeover in the past.
Latest version of WXSIMATE on an updated Windows 10 PC, no other issues on the PC.
The fix is to click download files and it downloads/culls as expected.

Thanks for that report. I don’t know the reason for that. It may be something peculiar to that particular RAOB download. If you see it again, send me wdata.txt and raob.lst so I can take a look.
