Windows 10 WDv10.37S77.  The problem occurs even with the new versions.  But when I start it only about 1/4 of the screen shows.  Once I click the full-screen[img] box at the top it works fine and no problem after.  Any clue?  Maybe I missed a setting. I need the full screen to load as the screen image is used on my website. What is on my computer screen is what ends up on my webpage.

once you have it set correct then try going to setup, advanced/misc , main screen customise, and then click on save there

note that you can click on the Prtscr key on the keyboard and then use microsoft pain program and paste the image into that and then save

Thanks, I'll give that a try.  I do know how to take a screenshot but the keyboard on WD's Ace laptop is about shot and this was easier.
