Attached a conversation with Ken True about my problem on getting to display the current conditions at Night using my nearest Metar LSZH.
Ken told me to ask you about the Metar Decoding.

the best thing is to .zip and email me your settings files and the metar file used (i.e a sample of it where the cloud conditions (e.g mostly cloudy)
