It looks like somehow wxsim.exe has gotten put into that system folder. It should be in, and run from c:\wxsim (which is the default where it should be installed). It looks in the “current” directory, meaning the one where the .exe resides. Make sure wxsim.exe is in c:\wxsim, along with cty.fdt (and a bunch of other files). No wxsim related files should be in any of those system folders. Let me know what you find!
