WunderGround says not reporting!

I see that the date is not correct
it says 2017

what is the actual modified date/time on that file?
is your pc time/date set correct?

Date all correct on the PC.
Not sure what and where the modified date/time is on that file.

that is a strange place to find that file
where do you have WD installed?

the problem might be that you have the program that sends data to WU missing
try re installing WD (full install)

I backed up all the WD files, set a restore point, closed WD, downloaded and installed the latest version but WunderGround still not updating.

that is not where the file sentwudata.txt is that you are opening though in your screen shots

what actually shows in that file
i.e double click on that file to open it up
at least now the modified date/time of the file is correct

There is no reason why it should not work.
In my opinion, the main switch for updating the file is not turned on.
