On my console, I used to go into the daily rain and enter in what precip fell as melted snow. That way my precip amounts stay somewhat normal. I have now switched to an Envoy with WiFi logger. It doesn’t look like Weatherlink has that feature. Nor does the WiFi logger.

So what’s the best way to enter in rain for a particular day so that my monthly and yearly precip amounts stay relatively correct?

in WD you can easily add current rain
via control panel
offsets and initial rain
increase all totals by

you can also edit past daily rain totals there too

OK, I think I see what is needed now. Took a little trial and error, but now I understand your logic.

What I was doing initially wasn’t changing the Rainfall bottom left corner for yesterday, month, year. I was just entering in rain on the 18th in the last 7 days screen. Didn’t understand I have to add it to the other areas as well.
