Hi,

Hi Niko,
Thanks for your reply
Ive never heard of that package, ill have a look.
Thanks.
I see its an expensive piece of kit.
Or did i overlook something?
It’s free for non-commercial use:
Open Source with Commercial Options Do you want to use Highcharts for a personal website, a school site or a non-profit organization? Just get yourself a free, non-commercial license.
Mmm i see its a bit difficult, and its more webpage oriented.
I dont have a website, i would like to have it in window next to WD.
Maybe a nice add-on to WD
Ah, you’re right, it is a web thing. I should not have assumed that’s what you are looking for.
Hi Niko,
No problem Niko, thanks for your reply
The reason i asked is because i have a preceptitation device that can detect the sort of precipitation.
Rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow and hail.
Would be superb to have those values i currently log by custom log to show in a graph.
Or to have WD collect in the background which precipitation type and the amount calculated every past minute and show it on the mainscreen graph as separate colour or something…
Like 5 custom tags representing the type, and have WD to see which type(s) in the past minute and what amount per type.
With kind regards.
I no longer have a public website, I changed to running a simple webserver on my local network. That way we all have access to WD’s weather data and I can set up graphs or data displays for all my other sensors and projects.
Hi,
I was thinking about the precipitation type and amount…
Is it an option to have it shown on the realtime graph ( under “view” “real time graph”?
Like an option to set precipitation and scale and an amount scale and graph them in realtime?
With kind regards.
i tried the code below in the custom graph from the advanced graphs option but that didnt work
What does that look like in a custom logfile?
Like so:
20/1/2019 00 12 16 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 17 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 18 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 19 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 20 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 21 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 22 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
20/1/2019 00 12 23 0.000 0 0.000 1013.7
Thanks, I wondered if rain type field would be graphable.
