Anything that can replace WDL?

With the near demise of Flash with support ending in 2020 and various browsers already making viewing Flash difficult I wondered if there is any readily available replacement for WDL that does much the same as WDL does, i.e. displays the weather conditions in dial format in near real time.

The great thing about WDL was it was customisable and updated every 3 secs and looked really good. Is there anything like that available? I’ve had a look at steel series gauges and they don’t seem very flexible in terms of size, colour and particularly positioning. Also I have limited HTML knowledge.

SS gauges are pretty flexible, actually. And if I can fiddle with them so can anyone, even without much prior knowledge.
