the data in clientrawextra.txt for 'Yesterday' is all missing.

Hello:

Some days ago I have the problem at http://www.meteomaspalomas.com/. I have seen that the version of weatherdisplay (10.37S83) into clientrawextra.txt is " 17:15 85 28 19:24 22:32 12.2 - 6.1 15:26 - - 17.6 1.4 16:50 22:32 - !!E10.37S!! .

I wrote to Ken True and he answered:

"Using the WD Parser https://saratoga-weather.org/wdparser/index.php?site=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.meteomaspalomas.com%2F&submit=Submit

shows the data in clientrawextra.txt for ‘Yesterday’ is all missing (shown as - ) starting at field 767

Those should contain values… are you running Weather-Display all the time … I think those figures are filled in only once a day just after local midnight.

Compare to mine at WD Clientraw parser and mine are all filled in starting at field 767.

To fix the issue, you should ask the question on the Weather-Watch.com - A place for weather watchers to discuss watching the weather under the Weather-Display Questions area. "

My clientrawextra.txt (3.16 KB)

is WD running all the time?

Yes, 24 hours, I have a pc running 24 hours with weatherdisplay and pc reset 2 times a day.

What can I do?

Hello again. Somenody knows anything about this.

what time is the pc resetting?

Hello again:

the pc resetting at 3:23 (3:23 AM) and 15:23 (3:23 PM). How many times weatherdisplay creates this file and the times?

I think understand it but I don

Does “resetting” mean re-booting or re-starting or what?

I have my automated PC to restart automatically 2 times a day.

if you go to view, daily hi lo, do you see data there for yesterday?

When you do that, how is WD being shut down?

Hello:

Windows restart the pc.

That just forcibly kills the WD process which is nothing like doing a controlled “Save and Exit”. IMHO all bets are off if you are doing that twice a day 8O

update to the latest version of WD
and that should help

Ok, I updated to version 84. Let

you will know after the next daily reset

Yesterday temp. works fine but heat index fails but maybe
It isn’t by the weather display.

Thanks.

Thanks Brian.
