I got too happy too soon 
- It appears that the cronmetardownload may not be running - this is just a guess on my part - because the txz213.txt file is not updating unless I open the control panel and hit the test button.
However - the Current Conditions - which pulls some sky conditions from METAR is running.
I am clueless how to proceed to troubleshoot or fix - please help - some more :oops:
