Noaa and averages/extremes problem

Went in to WD to correct rainfall(tipping bucket hung) and now both reports are incorrect. The averages/extremes now start on 10/12/18 thru 10/29/18 with no data shown for the first 11 days of October. The NOAA report, which will upload soon, shows only the data below. I pushed the update the entire month when all this occurred. Tried converting the logfile to data via action, convert WD logfiles to data files but nothing. If I try to view any of the days that are missing the page is blank with no data. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Any help on this? Thought I would be able to edit the NOAA report at the end of the month after saving the first 11 days but since then it hasn’t updated correctly. Every day the report only shows the previous day. Example: http://www.ardmoreweatherlive.com/wx10.php Looks like after 11 years I’m going to have my first 'blank’month.

Tried converting the logfile to data via action, convert WD logfiles to data files again and looks like the data has filled in from 10/11 up to yesterday. Think that this will be overwritten again at midnight…the daily summary still shows the incorrect data filled in thru 10/30 for some reason.

Doug

does the logfile contain all the data for the month?
also what version/build of WD?

Thank you so much for the reply. log file 102018lg? Starts on 10/11/18

*I do report to WU if that might be an option to recover data?

not sure why you have missing data in your logfile
yes your WU data can be used as a data source (ie to import data…see under action, import logfiles…)

I see that you are using a relatively old version of WD (from Feb this year). I would try using the latest
