"We are transitioning PWS owners from the old Backyard and Earth Networks PWS program to the NWS CWOP (the Citizens Weather Observer Program managed by the National Weather Service). Earth Networks will continue to receive this weather station network data through the NOAA MADIS service. Once the transition is complete, we will no longer be directly managing the PWS publishing API
