FTP & Connections METAR/NOAA Locks WD

Running WD 10.37S81, on Windows 10 Home laptop.

This error started a few WD builds ago. After selecting Control Panel, if I click on “FTP & Connections METAR/NOAA”, the Control Panel and main WD windows lock (they become unresponsive). WD still is working but I can’t activate either window and the only way out is by closing WD with Task Manager and killing the program. This seems to be the only option in Control Panel with the problem. I’ve rebooted multiple times. Any suggestions how to mitigate?

that will be that screen opening off screen (a search of the forum will show a solution)
delete the settings for width and last left etc from the wdisplay.ini settings file for the section
[Main FTP setup]
when WD is not running

I searched the forum for the off screen error and found a couple of solutions. Can I just edit wdisplay.ini in Notepad++ when WD is not running and delete the fourth line in red text since my laptop display is 1366 x 768?

[Main FTP setup]
last FTP setup width=912
last FTP setup height=795
last FTP setup top=90
last FTP setup left=2076

yes

Thanks Brian - editing wdisplay.ini and deleting the “setup left” line fixed it. Now I can see the “FTP & Connections METAR/NOAA” window.
