« on: September 03, 2018, 03:30:13 PM »
Hi,
I followed the advice on the you tube video to set this up but in the app itself,I canít get beyond tapping sign in as per the attached screenshots whenI simply want to use the cloud server
No option comes up to sign in
The sign in tab just greys out for about 2 seconds and then goes blue again as if Iíd not tapped anything
Whatís supposed to happen?

Thanks

Edit website wonít let me upload a screenshot... invalid file type
But Iíve explained whatís happening if anyone can help thanks

Itís a saved image on my iPad from an email I sent to Brian
So whatever file type that would be
Iíll try it there now again

It has this error

87F4E036-632A-4A59-995B-14A92D5A1F91.jpeg.
You cannot upload that type of file. The only allowed extensions are txt, doc, pdf, jpg, gif, mpg, png, avi, mpeg, kmz, zip, xls, docx, xlsx.

If you rename from .jpeg to .jpg that will fix it. I'll look into adding .jpeg.

I added .jpeg as an acceptable attachment.
