Brian, the latest WD, Build 79 dated today doesn’t return the WD window to its original size. Yes, the ‘double-blink’ is gone, but with it went WD’s ability to return to the same dimensions present prior to installing Build 79. 
Easily fixed: I have reverted to Build 79 Dated 19 August 2018.
It’s running on Win10 Pro, all updates installed.
