I am using WD 10.37570 on my iMac with Parallels 12.2.0. All works well except for the programmed download of web data using FTP. All is fine if I press teh “Test” switch but no downloads will occur at the selected times. This has been happening for some time now, but illness has prevented me taking action until now. I have of course checked and double checked the settings in WD and used the setups for 1, 2, or 3 just incase there was a difference. Internet access is via hi speed link, and wired directly to the router. There is no problem at all about downloading data with the Parallels or Mac for other programs. I seem to remember a similar occurrence many years back, and someone suggested that the setup may only work on number 3 for some reason. I have done a search and could not find that entry.
Your help would be greatly appreciated please if any one has any fresh ideas.
