Sometimes my weather station can’t send data to WD, and therefore some kind och “maximum” values for wind and gust showes up on WD… It looks like s*ht and the days maximum values for wind speed and gust become wrong.
Is there any solution for this problem?
I have put in place some better quality checks for that station type recently
so try a more recent update of WD
also you can set limits in WD , i.e so WD will ignore data outside those limits (see in control panel, offsets…/limits)
Thank’s! I’ve updated WD now.
I don’t think “limit” is the solution… But great differences between two close measures may be a warning signal that something is wrong with the collected data. Ex: if the wind is 4,2 m/s and the minute after is 25,9 m/s and next minute 4,2 m/s, WD should ignore the high value…
Is there a easy way to redraw the graph??
Regards
Lars
WD does have data spike checks for some of the weather stations that were prone to that (often was electrical interference → adding RF Chokes/baluns on any cables helped…I would try that)
you can edit the logfile and then convert the logfile to data file
