I have the same problem, just not as often. ‘clientrawrealtimeftp.exe’ just dies at random. Restarting WD revives the realtime uploads, but sometimes several hours can pass before I’m aware of the problem even when I have Jim McMurry’s flatline-check sending me alerts to that effect. I’ve not complained about it because unless Brian is experiencing the problem it’s going to be well-nigh impossible to track down.
