This begs a number of questions. Firstly how have you got WXSimate set up? Is the file created by WXSimate correctly being used in WXSim? Are you using McMahon or Bohler data? I have no problems with my data in either WXSimate or WXSIM-Lite.
Perhaps a screenshot of WXSimate would be good to start.
