I purchased this thinking I could use it with my Vantage Vue Station. It didn't work for me.
This Unit is totally brand new, and in it's original box. Product #6312.
I'm looking for $175.00, and I'll ship for free. PayPal preferred.

I thought it would work (it should do) at picking up the ISS data

I may have messed up during setup. At any rate, I'm currently using my Vantage Vue Console, as I got it working again.
The Pro2 remains for sale.

do you know what frequency its set for, i.e what country/region (and what your vue is set for) (actually how do you find that info out?)

Simplest option is to look at the model number. If it says simply 6312 then it's US. Any suffix eg 6312UK or 6312EU will be non-US. But not sure what happens with eg Asia or AU/NZ - think the latter used to be modified locally and hence probably show simply as 6312, but maybe they're done at the factory now.

If the console was originally part of a complete station then the console label will probably show the station model number eg 6152 or 6162. But the same suffix designation as above applies.

There's also a software command IIRC that shows the region setting but don't recall the details OTTOMH.

I would say it's very unlikely that someone in the US would mistakenly get hold of a non-US console, unlike the reverse situation.
