View logs failure

When trying to view Program Event log and the Data Log file, the program shows a revolving cursor [as if it is loading the data] then locks the program up.
Clicking on any option only gives a “bell” sound and nothing else…
Clicking on other log file options in the View window does show data as indicated… Only above two logs view options are affected
Can not Exit the program normally and have to shut it down via task manager. - [ program running on a intel NIC dedicated computer with Win 10 and no other program running]

possibly those screens are loading off screen
(check in the wdisplay.ini settings file for the last
i.e
[last error log screen]
left=

etc
edit when WD is not running

Settings as follows

last top=136
last width=1041
last height=750

[last error log screen]
left=-1806
top=129
width=745
height=734

These are the same in original running program on my desktop [ currently not been used] and when clicked upon on program {view - option logfile or error log} display as should do…
But not on current running program on dedicated machine …

Both “left” and “last left” are negative values so trying to be shown off screen on the left hand side.
With WD not running change those to zero and save the file. Start WD and try to view them again.

I will add to check if its opening off screen
(can happen if at some stage you had dual monitors running)

I do have dual monitors on desktop and original WD installation was running on left screen… all WD windows were on that screen.
current dedicated is running on one screen only and that is left screen of two.

that will have been the problem, re the dual monitors
i have added in checks now for the next update
the fix mentioned above will see you right
