dashboard not updating - help!

WD & Saratoga USA Template…
Last night my hosting company cancelled my host package and deleted several websites…(long story)
anyway this morning after much discussion they opened a new pkg for me and reinstalled my files from their backup.

I seem to have all working well except my dashboard on index.php is not updating www.bwsrh.com I hv checked my hosted root directory
and WD and ftp seem to be pushing the updated clientraw file to the root as you would expect.

I keep looking for what may be wrong but can’t seem to find the problem…

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks Steve

If you look at your status page http://www.bwsrh.com/wxstatus.php it shows the data files are not current. I suggest first troubleshooting FTP and live FTP on the WD side. Look in ftplogfull.txt to verify the login and file locations are correct.

Tnx Niko…not sure I hv a good grasp on all of this…FTP on WD side seems to be working. Files are being uploaded to the root directory of the host.
The template is in a seperate folder on the host…so now I’m looking where does the template set the location to look for these uploaded files…

I also know that with the host recovery the name of the folder that holds the template has changed…

my problem is things have been so bulletproof that when u do hv a problem going back and trying to remember how u got it all working in the beginning is hard…

Thanks

I wonder if it might be easier to change the default upload directory in WD?

Niko…I have three of the updates working but can’t seem to come to terms on what I’m doing that keeps
the NOAA report and Monthly report from updating…
can u point me in the right direction? Where are the settings for these reports?

any ideas on what I need to do I appreciate…Thanks
Steve

I do have some youtube videos on setting up the noaa reports upoading etc

Tnx Brian…I’ll check it out!
