WMR89 and Windows 10 April update problem

More woes with the OS WMR89 after the Windows 10 April 18 update (Not WD related I hasten to add). Device manager just show an exclamation mark next to the device. I've deleted the driver and reinstalled. Still the same. On other forums it appears that the problem is related to digital signing. I've sent messages to OS but still waiting for a reply. I seriously regret buying this device, nothing but problems with it from day one, most have been solved by Brian for which I am extremely grateful.

OS finally replied with the following instructions that fixed the driver problem for me;
