in the solar setup item 16 i don't see an option to use a extra sensor?



i'm running windows 7 with the newest version of WD

not sure what you mean by item 16?
what weather station type do you have?

i have a davis pro 6153, along with a davis pro temputure sensor set to extra temp 7 as solar in a jar

that is probably because people with a Davis station normally have Davis solar sensor
and do not use a solar in a jar from an extra temperature sensor
I would need to make that selection available for a Davis station
