That’s the thing, it has no make or model on it, but the internal CCD camera electronics is made by Topsee (www.en.tpsee.com), and seem to be a model TH38A12. I contacted Topsee, and they confirmed it does not have a http connect mode. The eBay vendor gave me an rtsp connect string, but also said it does not have a http connect mode.
