Solar Current % reading says Nan%
« on: April 08, 2018, 11:15:07 AM »
Sunrise 07:02
Latests WD 10.37S69

I noticed that since March 25, my solar current % reading is displaying Nan% for about 60 to 90 minutes from Sunrise on.
Then suddenly the solar value jumps fast to a higher value from 0.
It is not gradually fading in.
Here is from my April vantagelog file.

Try setting the latitude and longitude to the correct values for your location.

Really, you've moved to latitude 1 minute North = the equator?

My settings for longitude and latitude are correct.
They have been for the past 7 years.

Probably photoshopped out by the OP to avoid giving away his location?

Hi,
If you have not changed anything or updated WD on March 25 the only other thing it may possibly be related to is the clocks going forward to daylight savings time on that date.

Thanks for replying, Martyn.
You might be right about March 25 and Daylight Saving.
I did edit settings.
I had asked about it in another thread.
I may have misunderstood or the info was incorrect, I don't know.

I usually am on GMT+1 and I am east of gmt.(negativ)
At the timezone I have -1.

With Daylight Saving I am on gmt+2
At the timezone I have -2.

These settings may be causing the problem.(See image)
I have "Daylight Saving in use (does auto set) ticked.
Does this mean I don't have to add another hour to the timezone, it stays -1,
with the setting "Do not auto set time zone" ticked.

Does this mean I don't have to add another hour to the timezone, it stays -1,
with the setting "Do not auto set time zone" ticked.

That box has always been ticked in my setup and I never manually change the hour in the timezone box, but I don't know how it works for timezones away from GMT (0).
