Usually means "not a number" - maybe due to division by zero?

That box has always been ticked in my setup and I never manually change the hour in the timezone box, but I don't know how it works for timezones away from GMT (0).

The timezone doesn't change, daylight saving is an adjustment to that value.

The setting Do not auto set timezone is ticked.
Will it then still add an hour to the timezone, making it -2.

Yes, that's how it should work.

Auto setting the timezone would mean WD gets the timezone from the OS, not use the value entered in the box. Daylight saving is an adjustment, not a change of timezone.

My timezone is "(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)", that doesn't change, but since we are in daylight saving the actual adjustment today is -7.

Ok
I am on gmt+1
East of gmt

So I should enter -1 in the box, not -2

If making that change doesn't resolve the issue you should check that your PC time zone and daylight saving settings are correct.
