NOAA Style Reports missing last day of each month on the 1st of each month just after midnight, since jan 2016, fine before that
(very observant I am)
I can manually create them and they are fine, this one has me stumped, could it be they are created to fast after midnight
the files are uploaded around 00:11 to 00;15
