Bluetooth to Serial Adapter
« on: March 10, 2018, 09:55:23 PM »
My old laptop dedicated to running my software to capture data from my Davis console finally kicked the bucket. I decided to try using a Bluetooth to RS232 adapter to utilize my everyday laptop instead of buying another computer to use as a dedicated platform. I seem to have set the device up successfully as when the software is started, the adapter indicates that the com port is open. The baud rate of the adapter is set to 19200 just as the software and station is. I am unable to receive any data from the console. Hoping someone else has tried this before and can shed some light on the situation.
