March report creation?

Hi and good evening.
I have encountered a small issue I cannot find the control for. The March2018.htm stopped updating in the webfiles folder 3 days ago. I can see the daily records are up to date in the various tabs under View > Averages/Extremes/Reports. Is there a file creation button or switch I have accidentally turned off? Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you. G

what version/build?

Hi Brian.

The version is 10.37S and the build is 57.

My PC is an always on machine, but failing to find a solution I restarted the pc and software and the Monthly report became active again, however I have lost two days the 7th and the 8th. Is there any way to recover these as they still appear in Average/Extreme Reports for March as well as the NOAA style reports.

Thank you.
Gary

Go to

View
Averages/Extremes/NOAA Style Reports
[Tab] Recreate The Web Av/Ext Page
Set month to 3 for March
Reset the web page averages/extreme
Done

Your new March2018.htm is in your webfiles folder.
The webfiles folder can be found where you installed weatherdisplay.
You have to manually upload March2018.htm

Thank you, but tried this 3 times and still missing 2 days. Incidentally, it took 3 times clicking Reset the web page average/extremes for the blue bar to reach 100%

Have you tried converting the logfile first.

Action
Convert logfile to datafile
Set 32018lg.txt
Convert

Then repeat steps post above.

Still nothing, check the days in your logfile if they begin and end like this.
Check if first and last 10 minutes are present.

Thank you again for your suggestions.
Not sure what this/I have done though as Average/Extremes now show days 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 March!!
Day 7 is definitely missing from NOAA style reports as well as well as Local Climatological Data.
The log file looks ok for both days, 7 and 8.
Days 7 and 8 missing from Monthly Report.

Please see attached.

Thank’s again
