only consolewd runs on the raspberrypi

for one thing it runs in a terminal window
but there is a provided GUI program to see you data like you can looking at WD on a windows screen (l.e current conditions, graphs)
consolewd can be set to update to wunderground, meteotemplate, PWS, CWOP, etc
and to FTP files ,eg, wx.html, using custom tags, to your web site, including the clientraw.txt
and the same logfiles and data files are updated
does it have the webcam options?

I think you are expecting way too much
that’s not to say you could not find some software for the raspberry pi for your web cam to upload to your web site etc
