As shown, you have been set to Metar, not a solar sensor.
I'm using this setting.

So I'm realizing that the Linate Metar (LIMN) it send clear during the night, maybe  8O

Metar does not need to send a clear sky at night.
But if you use the settings that I sent you, Metar will be out of service.
You can have a cloudy sky or cloudy at night, but you need a second temperature sensor like a ground temperature, otherwise it will not work.
Also, the settings are edited here in this image.

Brian, is it possible to have the solar figures a little on the left? or skipping the decimal? it is not completely into the gif
