As shown, you have been set to Metar, not a solar sensor.
I'm using this setting.

Metar does not need to send a clear sky at night.
But if you use the settings that I sent you, Metar will be out of service.
You can have a cloudy sky or cloudy at night, but you need a second temperature sensor like a ground temperature, otherwise it will not work.
Also, the settings are edited here in this image.

You can move letters or enlarge the panel and icon as needed.
Use the Ctrl and Shift keys, and the left mouse button to move.
After setting, save.

You must open the summary.gif window on the taskbar or in the View folder and leave it open.
Then, in the taskbar, Setup, Advenced / Misc, Main window customize and check Enable Move and confirm OK.
This will close the window and edit the summary.gif image.
To move letters, use Shift a and Ctrl to expand.
You must always hold it and move it from the mouse.
But I do not know if you can spread it because it does not work as it should.
Apparently, the question about Brian what happened to the expansion of the aggregate image is that it does not respond.
