Wrong min outdoor temp on graph

WD temp graph do not show (print) colder than -25,5 C. I live in Sweden where the temp can go far below -40 C.
I have win10 64 bit, wh1080 who’s display shows colder than -25,5 C, WD ver.10.37S62

is WD showing a colder than -25.5c though? (i.e the current temperature)

No it doesn’t. It shows from 0 to -25,5 and then flats out , just a straight line.
Both current temp and graph stops showing lower than -25,5C. So if it’s -27C they both show’s -25,5C.
But on Wh1080’s display i can see -27C.

it will be that -25.5 is 255 (which is the limit of a Byte)
the data must then carry on with another byte in the raw data
what I will need is the raw data from you when the temperature is below 25.5c (brrr!)
I will get you a test program to show that

Is the prog. redy you said you would send to me?

Ake Jonsson

It’s not entirely clear but I read that as saying that Bajdof needs a program from Brian in order to get the data for Brian.

now I know what that other post refered to
you can actually set WD to show the raw data:
go to setup, advanced/misc, and tick to log the raw data
then the raw data will show under view, debug info
do that when its next below -25.5c

I’ve done as you asked, so what do i do now. I’ve copied the raw data log to a text file when it was -26,9 celsius 2018 Feb. 25

Raw data 180325.txt (13.2 KB)

OK, I see what happens in the data now
use the latest .zip update of WD, build 67, to fix this

Hi! It work’s now, -39 celsius this morning :?. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
