Cron Lazer Snow in system tray

Hi All,

For some reason this just started happening. Shortly after I start WD a small program comes up in the system tray called Cron Lazer Snow ver 2.6. This doesn’t go away after WD has updated, it has to be closed manually.

How can I stop this from happening.

WD version 10.37S62
Windows 10

go to setup,advanced/misc, snow…and untick to use cron lazer snow

Went to the Setup/Misc selection and I don’t have a “Snow” tab. Went through all the tabs and couldn’t find any reference to snow and didn’t see any selection re: snow ticked.

It’s the “Boltwood/Home Made/Aurora Cloud/snow depth/Sunshine” tab

Thanks, found it! Unchecked the box (only the Use Cronlazersnow.exe was checked, not the enable box), now I hope this works. The funny thing is that I never checked the box to begin with. Maybe WD comes with that box checked as a default since the most recent update (62), it wasn’t doing this before.

yes, that setting was being set by default when you went to that setup
I have fixed that
