Have a strange one. I was checking some rainfall figures, and noticed WD was giving me an incorrect total for December 2015. The monthly report tells me the total rainfall is 24.4mm, when the actual total is 67.2mm when adding up the daily totals.
I have ;ooked through the log file and couldn’t see anything wrong. I ran the convert logfile to graph file process, still the same result. I even deleted the datafile, and ran the logfile to graph file process again. But alas the same result. I even went as far as just having a logfile with only 15 days data in it, and ran the logfile to graph file process yet again. Interestingly and bizarrely, the first 15 days were listed as expected, but there was also data for the 31st in the Averages/Extremes report …and again it was calculating the rainfall at 24.4mm for the month. Everything else, ie month Averages, all are correct. Can anyone tell me what is going on ?
