I see where you can add data to it but you can’t re-arrange things or make them larger. There is a video on this but it does not show anything other than how to add data to the main screen.
yes you can resize and move things
via
setup
advanced/misc
main screen customisation
tick to enable that and then use ctrl or shift key plus left mouse
make sure to go back and save afterward
