clientretrawrealtimeftp

I can not figure out why clientretrawrealtimeftp will automatically start when you restart wd.
I always have to go to the Real Time Client FTP section and run it manually.
What can be the cause?
Version S61 Win-10

I think you mean not automaticly start?
how long are you waiting?
is the main internet switch on? (in the ftp/internet setup, connections setup)

I see dial up is selected, seems unlikely :?

Yes everything is turned on but does not start automatically.
I can wait a few hours and still nothing.

The same version of the Win-7 program and no problem.
It looks like a system update is blocking automatic startup.

I’ve solved my problem in a really special way, and I wonder what Brian says.
In the databaseackup folder, I deleted the wdisplay and wdisplayftp backup and I created new registration data when wd ran 24 hours without shutdown.
Now run clientretrawrealtimeftp after restart wd in a few seconds, and I ask how it is possible and what do registrations with running common?
This problem happened to me a year ago, and I did the same thing as now, but I thought it was not related.
Really a mystery.

I do not see how deleting those files in the databackup folder would do anything
