Dailynoaareport.htm miising style?

The dailynoaareport.htm suddenly looks like this (both firefox and edge).
I’m not quite sure when this started. I have had a diskcrash, so i had to rebuild the system.
I suspect this started to look like this after the last Windows 10 update
When i print the report from view->Averages/Extremes/Noaa Style Reports that looks ok, but if i do "update dailynoaareport.htm it looks wrong.

looks you have done some customisation
this is not a bug as mine is OK, build 60
http://weather-display.com/windy/gb/dailynoaareport.htm
you just need to add

 and

do that by adding
 to the dailyhtm0.txt and a
to the dailyhtm2,txt files in your web files folder
