In that respect the roofers put it on - that way if they did it was covered under the warranty 
I believe they were instructed to follow what I gave them - 2 bolts on each leg - diretly into the beams
I was more worried about it bending, but don’t think that will happen.
While we are expected to get gusts upwards of 60 MPH today, my house is somewhat shielded by nearby trees. As I looked across the street trees were swaying,but
my wind wasn’t registering much
