Just tested those settings, worked fine for me, downloaded the forecast (attached). Check you don’t have a space at the end of “/data/forecasts/zone/wi/”. Have you hit “Save now” to save those settings? Confirm you have the main Internet switch on, Control Panel, FTP & Connections, Connections.
