Moved WD from Xp to Win10 pro, one issue.

Moved from an old machine with XP, to a new machine with 10Pro.
I can’t get the webcam image to save a new update.
I’ve set admin privileges for the webcamcapture.com program.
WD is installed in c:\wdisplay.
I installed b53 over the top after moving per the FAQ.
Everything else appears to be running ok.
Suggestions please?

what shows in the left hand side of the wdwebcamcapture program?

I’ve got this sorted, most likely user error (me). #-o

But I am curious about CPU utilization. The old WD system was a core 2 duo, with 2gb ram, XP. WD used 5%-15% CPU on that system.

The new system is a I5-6500, Win10Pro, 8gb ram, Intel 530 video and now WD use’s double the CPU. Ranging from a low of 10% to spikes of 30%.
Not what I expected at all. I’d of thought WD CPU use would have dropped to practically nothing on this new system?

This new PC is also running Blue Iris security cam software, recording 4 1080P IP cams. BI is only using approx 6%.

Am I missing something?
Thanks.

Windows Defender was the culprit. I excluded WD from defender, now CPU usage by WD is a tiny blip.
