try as a test not setting the monitor to go to sleep
also make sure the screen does not set to get locked etc

Just remote in and did this. It was set to 1 hour, slider over to never

Got a warning about shortening life of monitor :)

Didn't see anything about lock

Had two more recently.

They are odd in that the times didn't conform to what I normally have seen.

One was @ 23:20 the other one yesterday was 07:30.   ODD times where I highly doubt WD is "doing anything" special.


Is there any diags that could be put in place to capture this? or anything on my end to track ?
